Several copies, sent to a number of individuals, of a letter/response from the executive assistant of the Prime Minister. The letter is in response to the requests for assistance for the school at North Battleford. It outlines the goverment's policy regarding the location and type of schools Indigenous children on reserves attend, with reference to religious freedom, family allowance, "Indian Day Schools" and Protestant-run federal institutions. Copy of "The Story of Canadian Indians Fight for Freedom", by Rev. B.T. Johnson. Multiple responses from government to Johnson.
