Scope and contentReproductions of two booklets on Northern Aboriginal peoples' rights. The first is entitled "Northern Native Rights Campaign" and deals largely with the Dene and their rights. The second is "the Indian Brotherhood of the Northwest Territories: the Political Options and Strategies in the Light of International Law", the opinion of one professor Ian Brownlie. It deals with the principles of Self-Determination and how they are applicable to northern Aboriginal peoples. Also includes two copies of "The Indian News" and the "Report of the joint Committee on the Form of Agreements in Respect to the Planning and Design of Indian Educational Facilities."
