Scope and contentFile contains a presentation by LA. LA claims that the RCMP tricked her father into moving the family north during the High Arctic Relocation with promises of abundant game and good living conditions. LA discusses how the relocation adversley effected her fathers physical and mental health, how he had no access to treatment for his liver ailment as he would have in the south, how she missed out on completing her education due to the move, how her families health suffered from being forced to resort to eating garbage at the dump, and various other traumatic effects of the program.
