Scope and contentView of the band at the commemoration ceremony to mark the return of Chief Poundmaker's body to the Poundmaker Cree Nation reserve. Five men are carrying bagpipes; two have drums. All are in full uniform: kilts, white sporran with two black tails, bearskin with white hackle.
