Scope and content | This file contains remarks and the introduction of five speakers by Ken Noskiye. Noskiye questions the wrongful conviction of Donald Marshall in Nova Scotia and states that "there is something definitely wrong within the system as it affects Aboriginal people," and the effects are also felt by women, people of colour and other minorities. Noskiye says he can "recognize there is something wrong with the system as a whole." He then introduces the next six speakers who discuss various issues within the Saskatchewan Penitentiary. | |
