Scope and content	File contains a presentation by Miles Morrisseau on behalf of the Native News Network. Morrisseau discusses bias towards Aboriginal people in the mainstream Canadian media, the role of Aboriginal media in achieving self-determination, its role in healing Aboriginal communities, and his personal experiences as an Aboriginal journalist. Following the presentation Commissioners Chartrand and Erasmus discuss some of the issues raised with Morrisseau.
