Scope and contentAn image of a large group of non-Aboriginal people surrounding a small circle of Aboriginal people. Some Aboriginal people are dressed in pow-wow regalia, while others have on western style clothes. There appears to be a pow-wow drum in the centre of their group. The non-Aboriginal audience is dressed in early 20th century style suits and long dresses, and they stand shoulder to shoulder.
