Scope and contentFile contains a presentation by Ipeelee Kilabuk concerning with the lack of adequate health care facilities in Pangnirtung. The hamlet once had a hospital, and now seriously ill people must be flown to Edmonton, Winnipeg and other cities. He hopes that the future government of Nunavut will build a hospital and staff it with Inuit health care workers. Following the presentation is a question-and-answer session with the Commissioners.
