Scope and contentFile contains a presentation by RF. RF discusses how her daughter was taken away during the High Arctic Relocation for tuberculosis treatment at the age of two. RF claims the RCMP and government then sent the daughter to the wrong community and she imprinted on two other people as her parents. When the mistake was rectified and RF's daughter was finally returned to her, this caused the daughter considerable confusion. It also caused RF and her husband considerable anguish and grief.
