Scope and contentFile contains a presentation by JA. JA discusses his experiences during the High Arctic Relocation and his subsequent return to his homeland of Nunavik, Quebec. JA explains how his sister's children were adopted out to southern Euro-Canadians and states that this would have never happened had the relocation not gone on. JA also discusses the personal economic impact the relocation and return had on him as a carver.
