Scope and contentFile contains a presentation by Hubert Clary, Chief of the Obedjiwan Council. Clary discusses the overexploitian of natural resouces (forestry, wildflife) around his community and the detrimental effects this has had. Clary also stresses that his people are not anti-development but wish to be partners in development on their territory. Following the presentation Commissioners Dussault and Robinson discuss some of the issues raised with Clary.
