Scope and contentThe file mainly consists of newspaper and magazine articles relating to the multi-award winning Aboriginal track and field runner, Paul Acoose. There are also photocopied pictures, a poem, letters, and a copy of his nomination form for the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame. The file appears to be a fairly comprehensive overview of the journalistic record of his career. Publishers include the Saskatchewan Indian, Regina Leader Post, McClelland and Stewart (poem) and records from Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame. There is an essay by Janice Acoose-Pelletier that cites most of the sources found in this file.
