Scope and contentThis file contains a presentation by J.M. focusing on the reality of Aboriginal over-representation in the Canadian criminal justice system. He feels that the focus of the judical process should be on rehabilitation and feels that Aboriginal-oriented programs such as cultural or spirituality classes would benefit Aboriginal inmates more than an inflexible, Euro-centred justice system.
