Scope and contentA report booklet issued to First Nations people as a guide for contributions they could make towards a new policy statement from the Assembly of First Nations on the exclusion of certain Aboriginal rights from the Canadian constitution. The booklet "reviews what the constitution now says about aboriginal and treaty rights, the past exclusion of the First Nations from the Canadian constitution, and the choices we face for the future. Aboriginal rights, treaty rights, self-government, provincial separation, and land claims are all canvassed below."
