Historical noteJeff Funnell was born in 1941 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where he currently resides. After receiving degrees from the University of Manitoba and University of Cincinnati, he has since taught at Central State University, Ohio, the University of Calgary, Alberta College of Art, and the University of Manitoba.
Scope and contentCatalogue presented by Dunlop Art Gallery in conjunction with the exhibition by Jeff Funnell. The catalogue shows a narrative history of Riel's life and the events surrounding the 1885 Resistance in the course of 49 oil pastel drawings.
