The June-July 1951 issue includes the advertisement/article "Trigger Topics: Little David and Goliath" discussing a First Nations trapper killing a large grizzly bear with a small caliber .22 rifle (p. 8). The December 1952 issue contains an article entitled "Ducks Unlimited to Restore Water Level of Grasse Lake" on a project that involved using a spring on the Swan Lake Saulteaux Reserve for waterfowl conservation (p. 9, 25). | |
