Herney is an individual from Eskasoni who wishes to have Kelly's Mountain (aka Glooscap's Mountain) preserved as a sacred Micmac heritage site. This has brought the Micmac into conflict with the Kelly Rock Company which wishes to turn the site into a gravel quarry.
