Scope and content | File contains a presentation by LA. LA discusses his experiences during the High Arctic Relocation as a young boy. LA states that he thinks he would have been able to avoid a permanent eye injury had his family stayed in Inukjuak, Quebec where there were health facilities rather than being moved to the High Arctic. LA also makes mention of many children who died due to improper or a lack of health treatment. | |
