Scope and contentThe file contains the presentation of a discussion paper by Terry Netsena. Netsena, a member of the Aboriginal Women's Council, presents the historical background of that organization and discusses its' operations in areas such as justice. Netsena also makes some recommendations to the Commission regarding policing, police training, sexual assault laws, and women who are being stalked.
