Elder Honyust, an Oneida Elder from the Turtle Clan, discusses his views on a new relationship between Aboriginal and Non-Aboriginal people, self-determination for Aboriginal people, self-sufficiency, and treaties. Following the presentation Commissioners Chartrand and Erasmus discuss some of the issues raised with Honyust.
