The three presenters lay out their perspectives on the Native Studies program at Arctic College and why they think it is an important to have as preparation for self-governance. O'Hagan presents from the perspective of the only non-Aboriginal student in the program, while the other two are leaders of the student body. Following the presentation the assembled Commissioners discuss the Native Studies program with the presenters. | |
