Historical noteAn article in the March 1973 issue of Denosa magazine published by the Department of Northern Saskatchewan.
Scope and contentThe one-page article reports on a series of courses for training guides to work in the tourist outfitting industry. The instructor is Harry Trafford from Hudson Bay, who has worked in the north for forty years in trapping, fire control, and guide training. Working with him on some of the courses are Jim Carriere of Cumberland House and Frank McIntyre of Patuanak. Includes one photograph.
