Scope and contentThis file contains one copy of the local history book, They Came To Wood Mountain. Wood Mountain was a Hudson Bay Trading Post from 1869-1871 and was also a NWMP post. The book talks about this early history and the arrival of the "Sioux" from the United States. A copy is also available in the Special Collections at the University of Sask. Library.
