| Scope and content | File contains an original copy of a report titled "The Dismantling of the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, The Restoration of Jurisdictions to First Nations Peoples in Manitoba and Recognition of First Nations Governments in Manitoba, December 7, 1994: Framework Agreement, Workplan, Memorandum of Understanding." This framework agreement involved sixty Manitoba First Nations as represented by the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs.
