Scope and contentThis file contains two brief presentations by one female and one male inmate relating to their biological children becoming wards of the Saskatchewan Department of Social Services upon their entrance into the Saskatchewan Penitentiary. Both speakers call for a change in the child welfare confidentiality law which would enable contact with their children upon their release.
