Scope and contentA local history book called: "Qu'Appelle, Footprints to Progress: A History of Qu'Appelle and District." The first twenty pages of the book give a brief description of Cree lifestyle on the plains, as well as Qu'Appelle's significance in the 1885 Riel Rebellion. The remaining 458 pages are dedicated to the European settlement of the area.
