Scope and contentThis file contains remarks by Ken Noskiye relating to psychological assessments done on Aboriginal inmates and how the Euro-centric view of psychology hampers the treatment of some Aboriginal inmates. Noskiye states that the Saskatchewan Penitentiary's Aboriginal spiritual advisor teaches the inmates a holistic and spiritual way of living, which Noskiye says is contrary to the position of the Penitentiary's staff.
