Scope and contentFile contains a statement and question by Commissioner Dussault, and a response by LE. Commissioner Dussault discusses how preceding testimony has mentioned a lack of caribou in the area of Inukjuak, Quebec at the time of the relocation in the early 1950s, and that after that time the herds have rebounded in number. Dussault asks LE what the situation has been in terms of caribou herds in Northern Quebec since the first relocation, which LE answers.
