Scope and contentThe file contains a presentation by Gordon Larsen. Larsen, son of Henry Larsen of the RCMP, reads a prepared statement of testimony by his sister Doreen Larsen Riddell with regard to alleged crimes and events that took place during the High Arctic Relocation program of the 1950s. Following the testimony the assembled Commissioners discuss some of the issues therein with Larsen.
