Scope and content | Issues of the Wildlife Crusader from Vol. 1, No. 3 1951 to Vol. 2 No. 8 1956. The Wildlife Crusader contains articles on sport hunting and fishing and wildlife management. Of interest in the March 1956 edition is the article "Meet Your Conservation Officer" Jim Cumines which describes that individuals life and work with First Nations trappers in Northern Saskatchewan (p. 15), in the August 1956 edition the article "Our Northern Journey: Travel, Adventure and Hospitality at Fort Churchill" (p. 4-7) which includes general observations on First Nations and Inuit people in Churchill Manitoba, as well as describing a whale hunt on Hudson Bay. | |
