Scope and content | File contains a typed transcript of a tape recorded interview made at Saskatoon by Saskatchewan Archives staff on November 1, 1971. Dr. Wright, who practised medicine at Tisdale and Nipawin, reminisced about his own career and that of his father who was a medical officer with the troops during the Riel Rebellion. Wright also presents his views on the historic site at Batoche as it existed at the time and argues that it needed considerable improvements, some of which have been enacted since then. | |
