Scope and contentThis file contains a brief presentation by W.G. stating that "(I)t is a sad commentary on the social education system that most Aboriginal inmates encountered here have learned their native culture in prisons." He calls for more family participation in all aspects of Penitentiary programming, and for an after-care program for inmates who have difficulty re-entering mainstream society.
