Scope and content | A photograph of a family of Native people posing in front of their tent on the prairies around 1919. It is a postcard. A note attached to the back reads: The girl attended school. They camped not far from our place. I played with her somewhat and as a result was permitted to take this picture. A baby was born in this tent while they were there. Fall of 1919 or 1920. | |
