Scope and content | The original diaries of Thomas Clarke from 1877-1933. Mr. Clarke came out from England in 1877 to be a missionary in the Diocese of Saskatchewan and was sent to the Eagle Hills Reserve. He subsequently became ordained, was Principal of the Industrial School at Battleford 1883-1894, went as missionary in the Carrot River Valley in 1899 and eventually to Melfort, where he remained as Anglican minister and Rural Dean of the Prince Albert Diocese until his retirement in 1927. | |
