Scope and contentThe caption on this postcard reads "St. Henry Flying Towards Saskatoon. Aviation Meet, May 16-17-18." Although St. Henry did fly in Saskatoon in 1911, this postcard image appears to be fake. The plane shown is a Wright-type bi-plane which never appeared in Saskatoon. Photo shows the plane "flying" from Nutana Hill west across the river to downtown. Handwritten message on front of postcard: "Do you remember St. Henry, Ha Ha". Title and information from Local History Room catalog.
