| Curator's note | Towards a Gay Community, the fifth national conference for Canadian lesbians and gays, was organized by Saskatoon's Gay Community Centre. Besides organizational meetings, the conference featured a march for gay and lesbian rights, an art exhibition, book displays at the University and public libraries, film screenings, and a cabaret and dance. |
